Refund policy

Here at mini, we professionally test and restore each and every camera that’s sold. However, with the nature of vintage electrical items, sometimes things go wrong that are completely out of our control. We will be happy to accept returns & refunds for faulty or damaged items within 30 days of delivery. 

A request for a refund/exchange must be submitted within 30 days of receiving your order.

The item(s) must be in original condition with any of the original packaging included. Any items that appear to have been damaged or altered in any way will be refused. Please take care when handling cameras as we cannot accept any items that have been physically forced or damaged. For a successful Return, the item(s) must be returned to us before the refund or exchange can be issued. The ability to fulfil exchange requests will be subject to the availability of cameras at the time at which the return is received for processing.

We do not accept full instant refunds for reasons such as :

• Change of mind or not liking your camera
• Not knowing how to use your camera
• Purchasing by accident
